We are seeking a talented and experienced Pod Cast Producer to join our dynamic team in the Broadcast Media industry. As a Pod Cast Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of our podcast series, ensuring high-quality content and engaging storytelling.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the host(s), writers, and audio engineers to create compelling and well-structured episodes. You will be responsible for developing episode concepts, researching and gathering relevant information, conducting interviews, and editing the final product. The Pod Cast Producer will also be responsible for managing the podcast's publishing schedule, ensuring timely releases and consistent branding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop episode concepts and collaborate with the host(s) and writers on content creation
- Conduct thorough research and gather information related to each episode's topic
- Schedule and conduct interviews with guests while maintaining a professional and engaging environment
- Edit and mix audio content, ensuring high-quality sound and seamless transitions
- Manage the podcast's publishing schedule and coordinate with the marketing team for promotion
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually engaging artwork for each episode
- Monitor and respond to listener feedback and questions, actively engaging with the podcast's audience

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
