**Job summary**

Key Responsibilities
- **Project Oversight**: Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholders’ expectations.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to foster strong communication and address project-related issues promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all construction practices meet the regulatory and industry quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits as necessary.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- **Resource Allocation**: Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 20-25 years of experience in project management within the hospital building and commercial construction sector.
- **Education**: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead large teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Site-Based Work**: Willingness to work on-site across various project locations.
- **Location Of work** : Alibag, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
