**Key Responsibilities**:
- Counsel and guide nurses on opportunities for nursing careers in Germany, including **Ausbildung**, adaptation programs, and direct placement.
- Explain eligibility requirements, German language requirements (A1-B2), and documentation procedures.
- Handle walk-ins, phone, and online inquiries with clarity and confidence.
- Assist in preparing documents for **Nursing Council registration**, **visa processing**, and **recruitment agency coordination**.
- Provide pre-departure guidance and support.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations, recruitment drives, and opportunities in Germany.
- Represent the institution in seminars, webinars, and recruitment events when required.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Nursing or HR background preferred).
- Prior experience in overseas recruitment or education counselling is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam; German language knowledge is a plus.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Passionate about helping healthcare professionals shape their global careers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
