**We are hiring for our Gandhinagar Center but interviews held in Science city, Sola hospital.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients/visitors, manage appointments, registrations, and maintain patient records in the Hospital Management System.
- Guide patients through IVF procedures, treatment protocols, financial aspects, and hospital services; coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for seamless patient care.
- Manage billing, payments, receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients for appointments, reports, reminders, and treatment progression.
- Address patient concerns, provide emotional support, and ensure confidentiality of all patient interactions.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports on patient flow, counseling sessions, and conversion ratios.
- Collaborate with the CRM/marketing team for patient engagement and awareness activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
