**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultations**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare and cosmetic needs, providing personalized recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest cosmetic trends, products, and techniques to effectively advise clients and promote sales.
- **Demonstrations**: Perform makeup and skincare demonstrations, showcasing the use of products and techniques to enhance client understanding and engagement.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting and selling cosmetic products and services, offering incentives and promotions to clients.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Education**: Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and cosmetic procedures to empower them in their beauty choices.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and helping with product ordering as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive environment, sharing knowledge and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a cosmetic consulting or beauty sales role is an advantage.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of skincare products, makeup techniques, and cosmetic procedures.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in makeup artistry or skincare preferred.
