We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, Business Data Analyst - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title**:24819855**Business/System Analyst - C09) based in Pune, India. **In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
- Analyze business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts
- Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents
- Create and prepare reports, metrics and presentations
- 1-3 Years of hands-on experience as Business or System Analyst.
- 1-3 years of experience in system analysis / programming ( exposure to SQL/Python / AI/EAP)
- Excellent analytical & reasoning skills
- ** Working experience in BFSI is required - corporate preferr**e**d**
