SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

JOB BRIEF

RESPONSIBILITIES l Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs l Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media l Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns l Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services l Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data l Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations l Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences l Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections l Collaborate with team members to achieve better results l Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS l Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role l Proficiency in English, Hindi l Excellent knowledge of MS Office l Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques l Fast learner and passion for sales l Self-motivated with a results-driven approach l Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations l Electrical Engineering deploma or degree prefered l Own vehical and valid driving license

KEY RESULT AREA (KRA) l Increase in regularly billed customers and channel partners l Revenue l Customer Satisfaction

**Salary**: ₹10,040.87 - ₹34,986.10 per month
