**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in multiple languages.
- Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
- Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
- Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Regularly update customer database with accurate information.

Work Location : MRC, Chennai (Onsite) Shift Timing : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift) Education : Any graduate

Experience : 6 months - 2 Yrs

Salary : 2 - 3.5 LPA

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
