Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for MCA students.
- Prepare course materials, syllabi, assignments, and exams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career matters.
- Evaluate and grade students' coursework, projects, and examinations.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Participate in the design and review of the MCA curriculum.
- Update course content to reflect current industry trends and technological advancements.
- Develop new courses and specializations based on demand and expertise.
- **Research and Scholarship**:

- Conduct original research in the field of computer science and related areas.
- Publish research findings in reputable academic journals and present at conferences.
- Seek and secure research funding through grants and partnerships.
- **Student Advising and Mentorship**:

- Advise and mentor MCA students on academic progress and research projects.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Assist students with internships, job placements, and further studies.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Serve on departmental and university committees as assigned.
- Participate in accreditation processes and quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to the organization of academic events, workshops, and seminars.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of computer science.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, certifications, and courses.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance practical learning experiences for students.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Participate in outreach activities to promote the MCA program.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to develop partnerships.
- Engage in activities that enhance the visibility and reputation of the department and institution.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (preferred).
- Master's degree (MCA or M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and current technologies.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for classes, research, and other academic duties.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
