
Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Introduce and clearly communicate details about the company’s products and services
- Address client inquiries accurately and effectively
- Collect, document, and forward client requirements to relevant internal teams
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth client service and follow-up
- Maintain records of client visits, feedback, and service logs
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or client-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
