**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at The Digital Pathshala located in Janakpuri, New Delhi.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Guidance**: Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, understanding their career objectives and recommending suitable digital marketing courses that align with their goals.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process and beyond.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to student recruitment and enrollment, providing insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Passion for Digital Marketing**: Genuine enthusiasm for the field of digital marketing and a desire to help others succeed in the industry.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with prospective students.
- **Sales and Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment roles is preferred.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
- **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field is preferred.

**Join Us**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
