- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service to potential buyers and tenants, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues.
- **Sales and Promotion**: Promoting real estate properties, highlighting their benefits, and encouraging purchases.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Scheduling appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- **Database Management**: Maintaining and updating contact information of prospects and clients.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
- **Listening Skills**: Actively listening to client needs and concerns.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Encouraging potential clients to make purchases.
- **Customer Handling Skills**: Dealing with a variety of client personalities and situations.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**: Basic understanding of the real estate market.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
