**Key Result Area**:
1. Generate Service Revenue

2. Service delivery and Customer Satisfaction

3. Monitoring dealer technician service Deliverables

4. Spares and Consumables Inventory Management

**Job Description**:
1. Generating Service Revenue through sale of Annual Maintenance Contracts of AV Products and Solutions

2. Ensure prompt and timely resolution of customer complaints

3. Providing technical Support to End Customers

4. Monitoring the performance of ASP technicians

5. Compiling monthly reports of Authorized service provider

6. Monitoring defective goods, spares parts and consumables at branch and arrange to make them workable within specified time period

Qualifications Required:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering
