**Position Title**: Program Owner (Automation and AI)

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer science Engineering or Information.

**Experience**: 5+ Years???

**Mode of Working**: Remote

**Responsibilities**:
Develop the overall Technology Vision for Automation (including AI) Solution for our client, including build/buy decisions.

Understand the customer and market needs for Automation from the market insights manager and solution owners.

Prioritize, develop and maintain the automation roadmap and backlog, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders.

Lead the technical consultation, configuration, and development of automation solutions

Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of technology, translating the product roadmap and user requirements into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

Configure the Automation platform for ongoing requirements from clients and internal business owners including set up and run demos

Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch.

**Skills and Requirements**:
Minimum five years of Automation experience, ideally in an outsourcing business or automation software company

Experience in technical supervision of End User IT Infrastructure is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Proficient in customer relationship management.
