Our retail store offers proprietary formulations for gut health, liver care, hair care, and diabetic wellness. We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand their health needs and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our proprietary formulations and their benefits. Educate customers with clarity and confidence.
- **Sales & Transactions**: Handle billing, cash/card payments, and maintain accurate records.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked. Assist with inventory checks and restocking.
- **Sales Targets**: Support monthly sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with store manager and team to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (Ayurveda background preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Passion for Ayurveda and holistic wellness
- Friendly, proactive, and trustworthy personality
