**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Merchandiser** to develop **new designs, coordinate with clients, and manage key tasks** assigned by the Managing Director. The role involves **design execution, client presentations, production coordination, and timely follow-ups** to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop new designs and samples** based on instructions.
- **Coordinate with clients**, share design presentations, and manage feedback.
- **Ensure timely follow-ups** on tasks assigned by the MD.
- **Oversee production timelines** and work with suppliers for quality control.
- **Track orders, logistics, and shipments** to ensure smooth delivery.
- **Stay updated on market trends** and provide insights for future designs.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
Experience in merchandising (rugs, carpets, or home têxtiles preferred).
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Understanding of design, materials, and production processes.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
