M Al Ali Auditing is a forward-thinking business committed to ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and excelling in a dynamic corporate environment. We are seeking a talented and proactive Legal Assistant with a focus on UAE Corporate Tax and VAT Law to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Research**: Study and interpret UAE Corporate Tax and VAT laws, regulations, and updates.
- **Documentation**: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, memos, and compliance reports.
- **Internal Training**: Organize and conduct training sessions for team members to improve their understanding of corporate tax and VAT laws.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure proper adherence to tax and VAT laws.
- **Regulatory Updates**: Monitor changes in legislation and provide timely updates and strategic recommendations.
- **Support**: Assist with correspondence and communication with tax authorities and government agencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
- Prior experience or strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations is a must.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify complex legal jargon into understandable information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Arabic (preferred but not required).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
