**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for calling prospective customers, pitching our properties, and ultimately closing sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our properties and services.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about our properties, including features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Answer any questions or concerns raised by customers and address them in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
