Branch in Charge

**Role**_**:_Leader for the Branch work processes. Single point of contact at the Branch.

**Responsibility**:The Branch In charge is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch to meet the branch FYO measures. Is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (Logistics, finance, HR & IT, interfacing work processes with Re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of action plans. This role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to System operator, Logistic Officer, Cashiers, Delivery staff, helpers etc..

**Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Engineers not preferred). Working knowledge of computers

**Experience**: About 1.5 - 2 years of work experience in the area of Logistics OR Administration OR Accounting OR Customer service

**Language**: Ability to Read, Write & Speak English & Fluency in local language

**Key Criteria**:

- Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership (esp. influencing skills) skills, Ability to work with diverse people and exceptional maturity levels
- Leading Branch Assessments (BAT), Action Planning & Reviews

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
