Job Posting: Civil/Civil and Structural Draughtsman, AutoCAD Operator
**Location**: Tardeo, Mumbai
**Experience**: Minimum 1.5 years
**Position Type**: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for civil and structural projects.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with MCGM (Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai) regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to incorporate design changes and updates.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and project files.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- **Experience**: Minimum 1.5 years as a Civil Draughtsman or AutoCAD Operator.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** for creating civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and structural design.
- Strong understanding of drafting standards and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with **AutoDCR** software for MCGM submissions.
- Experience with MCGM regulations and approval processes.
- Basic knowledge of other design software (e.g., Revit, STAAD.Pro).
