**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Achieve store sales targets.
- Maintain outstanding store and visual merchandising standards. Maintain store cleanliness.
- Maintain Inventory and Manage point-of-sale processes (Billing).
- Keep up to date with product information and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Calling up customers & Lead development of various gardening & landscaping products.
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve satisfaction.

- Good in spoken Hindi & English
- Ability to adapt and respond to difficult questions and issues
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven working experience in retail sales and confident of achieving sales targets.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Quick learner.
- Must possess basic store administration skills.

**Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements**:

- 10th Standard
- At least 1 years of experience in counter sales
- Interest or knowledge of plants & gardening products

**Experience**: 1-5 Years
**Salary Range**:Consolidated INR 7,000 to 10,000 in Hand
