**Job Title: Social Media Handler**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily postings, updates, and interactions on Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- **Advertisement Campaigns**:

- Create, run, and monitor targeted ad campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Optimize ad budgets to ensure the best ROI.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories to engage audiences.
- Collaborate with the design team for graphics and video content.
- **Engagement and Community Management**:

- Respond to customer queries and comments promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with the audience through meaningful interactions.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Suggest strategies for improvement based on data-driven insights.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies.
- Implement innovative ideas to keep the brand’s online presence fresh and appealing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook platforms.
- Proficiency in social media advertising tools and analytics.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
