Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing questions and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or appointments.
- Provide detailed information about the company's services and products.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
- **Data Entry Tasks**:

- Enter customer and account data into company databases accurately within set deadlines.
- Verify the accuracy of data collected from various sources and update records as necessary.
- Compile, sort, and organize data for input, ensuring compliance with data integrity policies.
- Generate reports and maintain databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with other team members to meet call center targets and improve customer service metrics.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggestions for improving service delivery.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Utilize computer systems and software for data management, ensuring proficiency in CRM and data entry programs.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data verification.

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certifications in customer service or administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center role or data entry position is strongly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Skills Required
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to listen actively and convey information clearly to customers.
- **Data Management**: Familiarity with data entry procedures, data privacy, and security policies.
- **Problem-Solving**: Capacity to identify issues quickly and propose effective solutions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
