**Excess Funds**: If there are any surplus funds, consult with the Manager about transferring them to the Head Office.
- **Shortfall in Funds**: Should there be a shortage for routine expenses, inform the Head Office of the requirements after discussing with the Manager.
- **Cash Report Submission**: Ensure that the cash report is sent to the Head Office by 10:00 AM without exception.
- **Voucher Collection**: Collect vouchers/receipts from the Yard for the previous day’s transactions and record them accurately in the chitta book.
- **Bank Balance Verification**: Verify the bank balance and prepare cash receipts for any payments made.
- **Local Agent Cash Receipts**: Prepare cash receipts for all funds received from local agents, if applicable.
- **SAC Statement**: Generate the SAC statement of accounts and forward it to the Head Office daily.
- **Monthly Reports**: Submit monthly reports as required by the Head Office without fail.
- **Freight Collection Details**: Inform the relevant staff about freight collection details for reconciliation with invoices.
- **Expense Verification**: Verify the genuineness of all expense bills before accounting.
- **T.A. Advances**: Collect travel advance reimbursements from the respective employees.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
