**Key Responsibilities**:
- Toolroom Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the toolroom, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained and readily available for production use.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of tools to prevent damage or misuse.
- Tool Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and moulds to keep them in optimal condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any tool-related issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Tool Design & Modification:
- Assist in the design, modification, and improvement of tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies to improve production efficiency.
- Work with engineering teams to optimize tooling for new product development.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage, inventory levels, and tooling requirements.
- Ensure the timely procurement and replacement of tools when required.
- Collaboration with Production Teams:
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure that tools are aligned with production requirements.
- Help in troubleshooting production issues related to tooling.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation on tool maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
- Prepare reports on toolroom performance and any required changes or improvements.
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience in toolroom management, preferably in the Home Appliances or Cookware industry.
- Strong knowledge of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
- Ability to perform tool maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs efficiently.
- Familiarity with quality control measures and production line support.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to toolroom operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
