**Recruitment Executive**

**Job Type**:Full Time, On-site

**Location**: Kochi

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for sales positions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine recruitment processes, policies, and tools.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced sales-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills, competencies, and qualifications required for success in sales positions.
- Exceptional sourcing skills and the ability to utilize various channels to identify and attract top sales talent.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
