**Senior Manager - Domestic Outreach & Student Diversity Initiatives**

**Location**:Chennai (with extensive domestic travel)

**Job Description (JD)**

The Senior Manager will lead the strategic direction of SRM IST’s domestic outreach operations. This role will be responsible for high-level planning, stakeholder relationship management, and ensuring that the outreach strategy aligns with institutional diversity goals.

**Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)**

1. Lead national outreach planning and execution aligned with SRM’s diversity mission.

2. Identify key regions and strategic partnerships for deeper penetration and visibility.

3. Supervise and mentor Manager and Assistant Managers; oversee performance and progress.

4. Represent SRM in high-level meetings with schools, education boards, and partner organizations.

5. Collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams for alignment.

6. Review performance reports, outreach KPIs, and suggest data-driven improvements.

7. Manage budgets, travel plans, and resources effectively across regions.

1. Master’s degree in any discipline.

2. 8-10 years’ experience in education outreach, admissions, or student engagement.

3. Proven leadership skills managing teams and multi-region operations.

4. Strong understanding of India’s educational geography and student diversity patterns.

5. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and one regional language.

6. Proficiency in reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

7. High integrity, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
