Piling Foreman for Durgapur

**Job Title**: Piling Foreman**Location**: Construction Site - [e.g., SAIL Durgapur]**Company**: Tiara Infrastructure

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage piling crew and equipment on site.
- Ensure daily piling activities are executed as per project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor piling operations including rotary, bored, or driven piles.
- Inspect piling materials, equipment, and machinery for safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate daily site records and reports (e.g., pile log sheets, progress reports).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays on-site quickly and efficiently.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of piling materials and consumables.
- Ensure quality control is maintained throughout piling operations.
- Train and guide junior workers and ensure skilled manpower is utilized effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum [X] years of experience in piling work or civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of piling techniques and construction site operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret geotechnical reports.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in site conditions.

Pay: ₹10,653.06 - ₹52,213.36 per month
