**Location: Pune (Bavdhan & Undri)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate client needs and goals
- Design and implement personalized workout plans
- Demonstrate proper techniques for exercises and equipment use
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly
- Provide motivation, encouragement, and professional guidance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment
- Enforce gym rules and ensure equipment is used safely
- Educate clients on health, nutrition, and lifestyle improvements
- Track attendance and maintain accurate client records
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Personal Training (e.g., K11 fitness certification, ACE, NASM.)
- Prior experience as a gym trainer or fitness coach preferred
- Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, exercise science, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High level of professionalism and personal fitness

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
