- Generate and process accurate billing statements for patients, adhering to applicable regulations and billing guidelines.
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Address billing inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders with excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with medical staff and departments to ensure proper documentation and coding for billing purposes.
- Maintain patient records and billing information in accordance with hospital policies.
- Work with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in medical billing and coding are a plus).
