**We are looking for site managers to ensure that workplace amenities satisfy the demands of the organization and employees, and facilities managers to fulfill housekeeping services.**
- Managing and approving contracts and service providers for security, housekeeping, cleaning, catering, facilities management services
- Managing multidisciplinary teams of employees, such as those in cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping
- Minimizing expenditure and ensuring performance
- Make sure that facilities management adheres to government rules, and environmental, health, and security standards.
- Conduct routine performance evaluations with the clients to make sure all criteria and housekeeping agency standards are constantly met.
- Develop, train, and deploy skilled manpower.
- Must be willing to participate in all aspects of the housekeeping services

**Requirement**
- 2 years of evident leadership and management success in facilities management
- Previous management experience in cleaning staff or housekeeping services is preferred.
- The capacity to achieve the highest level of performance with the lowest amount of supervision
- Outstanding decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

- Bachelor's (preferred)
