- Responsibilities_
- _Ability to understand and comprehend English language so that pre-process and process training can be effectively imparted_
- _Substantial Experience in Policy Admin/ Claims backend operations for Life Insurance, Annuities or Long Term Care Insurance_
- _Ability to accurately interpret the information on the documents_
- _Responsible for analyzing complex documents pertaining to Life insurance and assign them accurate document type_
- _Reading information received from different input sources, analyzing the same, and taking appropriate decision/action as per the defined guidelines_
- Qualifications_

- _Proven experience_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Experience of Life/health Insurance domain, preferably New business, producer/client services_
- _Good typing speed_
