Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team and elevate our clients' visual experiences.

**Role Overview**

The Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for crafting high-quality graphics and engaging video content for our clients. This role requires a creative individual with strong design aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing outputs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to deliver captivating content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and campaign objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually stunning graphics for social media, websites, print materials, and other digital platforms.
- Develop brand identities, including logos, style guides, and marketing collateral.
- Design eye-catching banners, infographics, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign concepts and visual themes.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit video content for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.), ensuring a seamless narrative and professional quality.
- Add special effects, motion graphics, and animation to videos.
- Work on video projects from concept development through to final delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends and techniques to implement best practices.

**Creative Collaboration**:

- Work with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs into visually engaging content.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the clients’ brand guidelines and objectives.
- Provide feedback to junior designers and oversee quality control of all creative deliverables.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
**Experience**:

- 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proven track record of working with branding projects and creating multimedia content.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Knowledge of other design and video editing software is a plus (e.g., Final Cut Pro, CorelDRAW).
- Understanding of motion graphics, 2D/3D animation is advantageous.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent creative and visual skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or branding agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and video editing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
