As we expand into UPSC Civil Services Exam preparation, we’re looking for dedicated and passionate UPSC Trainers to join our teaching network and help aspirants prepare for one of the toughest and most prestigious exams in India.

**Role Overview - UPSC Exam Trainer (Prelims + Mains)**

As a **UPSC Trainer** at **LCM**, your primary responsibility is to deliver structured and engaging live sessions for aspirants preparing for the Civil Services Preliminary and Mains examinations, including GS and CSAT. You’ll mentor students, clarify complex topics, and offer exam-ready strategies that improve their understanding and confidence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach General Studies (History, Polity, Geography, Economy, Environment, etc.) and/or CSAT (Aptitude, Reasoning, Comprehension) in live classes
- Guide students through current affairs analysis, PYQ discussions, answer writing, and MCQ practice
- Provide mentorship, doubt-solving sessions, and test feedback to students regularly
- Keep classes aligned with the evolving UPSC pattern and syllabus
- Contribute to course planning, assessment design, and content quality review
- Make sessions interactive, student-centric, and focused on real exam needs

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Fluent in English or bilingual (English + Hindi teaching ability is a plus)
- Good command over current affairs and conceptual teaching
- Prior experience in live or recorded teaching is an advantage
