Established in 2015 in New Delhi, Darzi On Call has a team of fashion designers and master/tailors with unprecedented experience, who work together to keep customers on the edge of fashion trends while valuing their precious time. The brand caters to personalised services delivered at customer’s doorsteps.As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, rebranding, and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.

Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategies for business expansion, rebranding, and revenue growth.

2. **Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry best practices.

3. **AI Integration**: Utilize AI tools and data analytics to optimize supply chain management, inventory forecasting, and customer insights.

4. **Fashion Industry Expertise**: Stay abreast of fashion trends, market dynamics, and emerging consumer preferences to guide product development and marketing strategies.

5. **Startup Mentality**: Bring a startup mindset to foster innovation, agility, and adaptability within the organization.

6. **Team Leadership**: Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

7. **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Fashion Designing or a related field.
- 10-20 years of progressive experience in the fashion apparel industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a startup or turnaround environment.
- Proficiency in AI tools and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Additional Information**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
