**JOB DESCRIPTION**

ABODE School is looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher with a creative approach to teaching, and a genuine love for working with young children, eager to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Demonstrate child-centric behaviour and foster positive interactions with children.
- Creating a nurturing learning environment that supports students' social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Embrace the philosophy of ABODE and exhibit readiness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies.
- Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Engaging in regular reading or seeking professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices.
- Display respect, empathy, and cooperation within the school community.
- Collaborating effectively as a team member.
- Embracing constructive feedback and following provided guidelines.

**Educational Qualification & Experience**:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

2. Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

3. Over two years of experience in a preschool setting (preferred) with strong communication skills and a passion for early years education.
