**Employment Type**: Part time/Full time

Immediate Joiner or 15 days

**Compensation**: 3-5 lacs p.a

**Location**: Remote (Preferably Bengaluru)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting counselling sessions for children (online/offline)
- Developing an understanding of intellectual, psychological, emotional, social, behavioral concerns and personality issues of children
- Document client’s information including session notes, program notes, recommendations and treatment plans online.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in working with children in individual, group, and family psychology.
- Demonstrated skill in the aiding child growth & understanding.

**Qualification**: Bachelors in Psychology/Master’s degree/PhD in Child psychology or relevant field along with 1.5+ years of experience as a counsellor focusing on the well-being of children.
