Cubelelo is on the hunt for a creative and driven Product Associate to enhance our e-commerce operations. Join our energetic team and play a key role in transforming our online presence while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Product Associate, you'll bring creativity and strategic thinking to manage and optimize our online platforms. From fine-tuning product listings to crafting engaging strategies, your contributions will directly impact our success.

**Objectives of this role**:

- Develop and execute effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capitalize on new customer bases and business opportunities.
- Enhance the end-to-end ecommerce journey for our customers
- Maintain and manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Elevate customer experience by closely collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, content, and customer service.
- Acquire knowledge and practical experience in inventory management, order processing, and shipping logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint potential prospects.
- Managing product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimize product visibility and customer engagement.
- Analyze data and generate reports to monitor e-commerce performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications and Required Skills**
- 0- 3 years of working experience
- Graduation (any field)
- Ability to collaborate effectively and assume leadership when necessary.
- Strong grasp of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, and order management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills for data analysis, market research, and understanding customer behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
