- At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Experience setting up the following in a B2B environment, Partner Profiles AS2, sFTP, FTPs, FTP, HTTP, HTTPs, SOAP, PGP
- Trouble shooting and resolving of EDI Functional and Technical issues, Excellent skills in developing new maps and BPs
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Good Analytical skills & communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in B2B production support, working on tools/accelerators which helps to reduce incidents etc.
- Hands-on experience on interface troubleshooting, Developing Maps. business process, able to analyze and fix BP related issues

Need to work on support projects in 24x7 window in shifts

Interview Mode: Telephonic / Web-Ex/ Team

Reporting Locations: Pan India
