Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all activities at the construction/maintenance site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the work being performed meets the required quality standards and specifications outlined in the project plans and contracts.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to protect workers, visitors, and the public. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of the project, track milestones, and report regularly to the project manager or higher authorities on the project status, delays, and any other relevant information.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project, such as design changes, material shortages, or unforeseen conditions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, work progress reports, site inspections, safety reports, and any other required documentation.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, such as clients, project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and workers, to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and utilization of materials, equipment, and machinery required for the project, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, permits, and other legal requirements.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.

Qualifications:

- Previous Experience: Typically, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or maintenance, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work processes and project execution.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Health and Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
