**About the Role**

This is your opportunity to launch your recruitment career from the frontlines. As a **Recruitment Trainee**, you’ll work directly with experienced recruiters to learn the A-to-Z of hiring—from job document preparation to onboarding. If you’re curious, people-oriented, and proactive, this one’s for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Screening CVs with recruiter intuition (we’ll teach you how to think like a headhunter)
- Assisting with ATS tracking, coordination, and feedback loop
- Shadowing client calls + learning talent strategy directly from founders
- Supporting employer branding + crafting JD copy like this one

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Commerce/ business graduates only.
- Fluent in English language - written & verbal both
- Fast learner with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets know-how
- Self-driven, professional, and eager to grow in recruitment
- Open to occasional travel for work-related events & business meetings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
