**What You Need for this Position**:

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify trends and insights to optimize strategies.
- Brainstorm and contribute to new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience (UX).
- Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors to support digital marketing activities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide insights for adoption where appropriate.
