**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive cybersecurity training programs, including classroom, online, and hybrid formats.
- Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on lab exercises, to support learning objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into training content.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, answering questions, and assisting with their professional development.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients and organizations.
- Participate in the development of certification programs and assist students in preparing for cybersecurity certifications.
- Provide feedback to students and track their progress to ensure successful completion of training programs.
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of new training programs in emerging cybersecurity topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of [X] years in a technical role.
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator in cybersecurity is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, cryptography, risk management, and threat analysis.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Familiarity with various cybersecurity tools and platforms, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials and adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
