**Position** : Founders Associate Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **research, presentations, and proposals** for new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track key tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the Founder.
- Support in **business development** - from lead generation to outreach.
- Handle documentation, SOP creation, and process optimization.
- Be a problem-solver - jump into new challenges and find quick solutions.
- Strong communication & writing skills (English + Hindi preferred).
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Interest in **business strategy, marketing, and startups**.
- Comfortable with tools like **Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Excel/Sheets**.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers or students in final year of BBA/B.Com/BA/Engineering/MBA can apply.
- Direct mentorship from the Founder/CEO.
- First-hand exposure to **how an agency is built and scaled**.
- Learn **client communication, brand strategy, and business operations**.
- A fast-track learning curve with real responsibility.
- Chance to convert to a **full-time Associate role** after internship.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
