Key Responsibilities:
Video Production: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Assist in developing video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage.
Set up and manage various video production equipment, including tripods, sliders, and stabilizers.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all video equipment.

Video Editing:Review raw footage and select the best takes for editing.
Edit videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Trim and rearrange footage to create seamless and engaging videos.
Add visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the overall video quality.
Optimize videos for different formats and platforms, considering factors like aspect ratio, resolution, and file size.

Post-Production:Enhance video and audio quality through color grading, audio mixing, and sound editing.
Incorporate music, voice-overs, and sound effects to enhance the storytelling.
Ensure videos align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that meets campaign objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in videography and video editing.

Project Management:Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and content teams.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and suggestions to stakeholders.
Maintain an organized archive of video assets for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficient in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices.
- Advanced knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video codecs, formats, and delivery platforms.
- Proficient in motion graphics and visual effects software, such as Adobe After Effects.
- Solid understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and sound editing techniques.
- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
