**Job Title**: Interior Executive (Sales Executive - Interior Designing & Works)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend to client inquiries and understand their design requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to prepare design concepts, quotations, and project proposals.
- Possess basic knowledge of **interior design, material selection, and estimation**.
- Manage **client follow-ups, updates, and project tracking**.
- Handle lead conversions through strong communication and sales techniques.
- Maintain good client relations and ensure a smooth project experience.
- Provide regular updates to management on client engagement and conversion status.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Interior Design** or **Architecture** (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in interior design, client servicing, or sales.
- **Languages**: Fluent in **English** and **Kannada**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong sales mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Must be **comfortable working from office** (no remote work).
**Salary & Benefits**:
- **Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
- **Incentives and Travel Allowance** applicable
