**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, and summarizing re-work and waste.
- Verify that raw materials and products meet quality standards before production and shipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues or non-conformances.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
- Maintain calibration of inspection tools and test equipment.
- Communicate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in quality control preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, electronics, etc.].
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, data entry software).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily in a manufacturing or production environment.
- May require standing for long periods and handling of materials or tools.
- Use of PPE as required by company safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
