Branch in Charge

**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager at Spectrum Solar in Kerala.The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a strong distribution network, ensuring timely and effective delivery, quality control, innovation, and must have good sales and communication skills

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in Operations Management, Sales, and Distribution
- Experience in the solar energy industry(But not mandatory)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes and quality control(Not Mandatory)
- Ability to strategize and execute business development plans
- Understanding of renewable energy regulations and trends
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
