- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand and refine system requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documents, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the performance and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of new Salesforce technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
