we are looking for an **ServiceNow HRSD system** expert to our client in retail Industry.

This position is within ‘People Delivery Management’ capability area in sub domain ‘People Management’ of Digital People Domain.
- As part of this role consultant will support SN devops team, business stakeholders, POT project team, SN functional team and PO/EM on design and solution topics related to ServiceNow HRSD. Will be responsible for overall solution design of the area
- The consultant will report to the Engineering Manager of this capability area.
- Consultant will be part of growing team with different roles (Functional, Dev, QA, Architecture).

**The scope of the services**
- Work as a ServiceNow HRSD system architect and SME
- Work with product specialist and business stakeholders to break down HRSD business requirements into workable SN solution design
- Support all team members with design options in service now for various topics
- Support dev team during the sprint to solve any design problem
- Support ops team to resolve complex prod incidents
- Support EM on platform wide topics related to ServiceNow
- Support PO with design choices in providing options on SN topics
- Work with SN support and QA team on SN related design gaps, defects, tickets and enhancements
- Share SN design related best practices and monitor overall health of solution
- Provide guidance to team on SN upgrade, clone and patch topics
- Lead any design work related to new SN features and capability.

**Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc;**
- ServiceNow Certified: CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, CAD
- At least 3+ years of experience as SN HRSD architect
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as SN architect

management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub, Access Management, Data model, Test Automation framework, Reporting.
- Ability to lead analysis, design work to provide solutions to business problems

**What 3 things are most important?**
- ServiceNow Certified: CIS HR and HRSD Professional
- Good Knowledge of overall ServiceNow platform and ability to break business requirements into technical solution
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Background**
Timing: Have to work in CET 8AM-5PM time zone (flexibility occasionally).
**Location**: Bangalore India. Option for remote work (within India).
